Great Starbucks! Placed the order inside and it was made quick, tasted great. Easy to get to from the main road with plenty of parking available onsite

My favorite location! I’m here at least 3 times a week (we have 6 within like 5 miles of us) some days I’m here twice! Staff is always friendly and willing to make sure your special requests are made to your liking! Keep it up!!!

To who ever made my Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frap- you need to train every employee to be as great as you are! The best of the best! Outstanding. I’m attaching a pic so you know who you are based on handwriting!

Horrible quality of the drink. I ask for the drink to be remake and still horrible and not make the way I ask for. I ordered in other Starbucks brands and they have better quality is their drinks. My daughter ordered the other day is this Starbucks and she told me her drink was almost have way of the cup.

People messed up my order couple times. Even I clearly said hot they make cold drink. This place is small and setting arrangement is too tight. Through the summer AC was not working. And portables were not enough to keep the place cold. I was so upset when I spent $7 for drink and I brought it back saying I ordered hot drink. Register lady said this is only can make it as iced drink. But at other location of Starbucks - 750 Krocks rd - on Tuesday, January 20th around 1 pm I order same drink and they prepared it as hot drink. Starbuck s quality and services going down. I am Starbucks ‘s customer is from 2008. Mostly ordering same hot drink (Match latte) for all this years. Recently, I have to ask to stir well while preparing latte, because the match power lumps are floating in drink.
